A restrained nose offers up cool aromas of petrol, citrus, rosemary oil and a variety of mostly white orchard fruit scents. Pierres Most of the fruit that goes into this impressive village Chassagne comes from Olivier Leflaive’s own vineyards, with 20% sourced from other suppliers. Alluringly, subtly wooded, this is a bright, modern, beautifully weighted white Burgundy with plenty of crisp acidity and mid-palate texture.
